In March 2026, BF Suma organized Leadership Team Building Camps (LTBC) across Kenya, Uganda, and Tanzania, bringing together Jacaranda Club Platinum and Gold leaders to strengthen leadership capacity, enhance collaboration, and align strategies for the year ahead.

In Kenya, the camp was held from March 26 to 27, featuring practical and interactive sessions that encouraged active participation. Platinum strategic presentations provided opportunities for self-assessment and knowledge sharing, while the presence of BF Suma President Mr. Adrian Zhou reinforced the importance of leadership development. The camp successfully strengthened team dynamics and engagement.

In Uganda, the LTBC took place from March 25 to 26 at Victoria Resort Kalangala. Country Manager Jonahs Yeka presented a review of 2025 performance and outlined projections for 2026, while CAMs shared key business strategies. The camp provided a strong platform to align goals, strengthen commitment, and prepare leaders for a more focused and results-driven year.

In Tanzania, the LTBC was held in Dar es Salaam at Ramada Resort, bringing together 34 leaders along with one participant from Zambia. BF Suma President Mr. Adrian and Marketing Manager Mr. James attended the event. Leaders presented their 2026 goals and business plans, and the signing of the commitment sales target board highlighted accountability and dedication. Team-building activities further strengthened unity and collaboration.
